Risk Management is an important part of the portfolio management activity. Based on the risk profile applicable to a specific portfolio, White Rock will seek to manage portfolios to a specific risk budget by actively re-balancing the portfolio in line with market circumstances.  A constant risk analysis is conducted both at the individual investment level and the portfolio level. Opportunistic use of active hedge overlays will seek to create additional alpha and/or hedging for the portfolios.
